Navy Federal Credit Union

Pensacola, Florida

Christy/Cobb provided the structural design of the excavation bracing system for the construction of the Building 4 at the credit union complex. The bracing system was 692 feet long with and excavation depth of 32 feet. The bracing system was constructed with steel sheeting and high strength tiebacks. 

Auburn University TTC Excavation Bracing

Auburn, Alabama

The project consisted of the design of an excavation bracing system for the installation of an under ground storm sewer adjacent to the Auburn Univiversity Transportation Technology Center.

Jordan-Hare Excavation Bracing

Auburn, Alabama

Christy/Cobb was responsible for the structural design and construction observation for two large excavations. The excavation bracing systems allowed for the construction of the Jordan-Hare Basins Storm Sewer Improvements. 

Alstom Power Crane Foundation

Chattanooga, Tennessee

The pile foundation was designed to temporarily support a Manitowoc 18000 lb crane. Site visits were conducted to observe reinforcing placement and one of the lifts.
