Gray Wells

Gray is the President of Christy/Cobb, Inc. He is also a Senior Project Engineer who has been with Christy/Cobb since 1989. His projects include numerous residential, commercial, institutional, industrial and bridge projects. He has a strong engineering design background as well as project management and construction oversight skills.

Lowell K. Christy

Lowell Christy was one of the founding principals of Christy/Cobb, Inc. She served as President from 1981 until May of 2018. She is now serving as a Structural Engineer who has many talents as well as much expertise in the field of structural engineering. She has always had a strong interest in the structural design of architectural projects, however her technical skills and expertise have expanded to historic preservation and renovation. 

Michelle Ballew

Michelle joined the firm in 1986 as a Project Engineer in the areas of residential, commercial and industrial design. She serves as the part time Office Manager, IT Manager and CAD Specialist.
