Cathedral Church of the Advent

Christy/Cobb, Inc. served as a structural consultant for the Carillon project and has been involved with the Stone Restoration and Columbarium projects for the Stone Cathedral Church of the Advent.  The Church was constructed with Alabama sandstone foundations and Ohio sandstone and brick above grade.  The design and construction teams have worked closely together learning stone restoration and repair techniques at an extensive workshop conducted by Virginia Lime Works and through experimentation on site.
